REFUND POLICY

H2O ID®,LLC stands behind the quality of our products. We do not accept any returns on products. We are always here to help so feel free to call us 917.749.6242 Monday- Friday 9am-5pm with questions, concerns, or comments.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

H2O ID®, LLC ships nationwide! We will ship your order by FedEx. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through FedEx. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays.

 

Most of our products are available immediately—we will notify you if there is a back-order. We ship out of Michigan and the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are located, the weight of the products being shipped, and how quickly you wish to receive your merchandise. You will be able to preview the cost of shipping prior to placing your order.

Approximately $9.50 for up to 50 H2O ID® bands which will arrive within 3-5 days

Approximately $13.75 for up to 75 H2O ID® bands which will arrive within 3-5 days

Approximately $18.50 for up to 150 H2O ID® bands which will arrive within 3-5 days

 

If you order more than 150 H2O ID® bands you will be able to preview the cost of shipping prior to placing your order.
